Sailing yacht SUNNY HILL (ex Colombaio Sky, Candace, Alissa M) is a 36,00m (118′ 1″) motor sailor built in the Netherlands by De Amstel in 1987 to a Diana Yacht Design. The sailing ketch received a complete rebuild in Wallhamn, Sweden in 2010. She is able to accommodate up to 12 guests and has a crew of 6.

This incredible sailing yacht was built as one of the three famous Colombaio motor sailors, which were at the time, revolutionary charter vessels. She is seaworthy, safe and a very comfortable passage maker in all conditions, under sail or under engine power.

Motor sailor SUNNY HILL has been expertly renovated and refitted over a period of two years and has been re launched in 2010. The last refitting has including sand blasting the entire hull and superstructure outside as well as wherever accessible inside, including inside all tanks, and building up the paint again with primers, fillers, adhesive layers and top coatings. The engine room and all mechanical installations have been totally re-fitted, and the main engine, gear box and gen sets were replaced. Her masts and booms were sandblasted and repainted, as well as the standing rigging and running rigging renewed with new sails supplied by Quantum. All of the Navigation, Communication and domestic appliances have also been renewed and modernised with a state of the art AV entertainment system. The entire main deck bridge and accommodation has new panelling and furniture installed.

This beautiful motor sailor has a modern interior. On the main deck, entering from the aft, there is a formal dining area on an extendable round table. Further forward is the sitting area with comfortable couches and the latest entertainment systems. All the way forward on this level is the bridge.

Accommodation is offered for up to 10-12 guests in 5 cabins located on the lower deck.

There are spacious exterior decks including an aft deck with couches and a top deck where it is possible to dine al fresco or enjoy the deck Spa Pool.

She has a crew of 6 who will make sure SUNNY HILL’s guests will have an unforgettable charter vacation.
