Business Development
Matt has always been around the yachting world. He learnt to walk on a yacht, and then grew up on one for 3 years as a boy cruising the Pacific with his family. Since then, boating has always been his main concern, from racing dinghies and keelers to cruising on superyachts. He has sailed globally, working for several years on charter yachts as engineer, first mate, and captain of smaller vessels.

Charter & Business Optimization Assistant
Based in the South of France, Solenne provides comprehensive support to the retail and charter management teams. She assists with business analysis and optimization to enhance efficiency across operations, including the implementation and use of key systems, documentation, and processes spanning CRM, invoicing, itineraries, reservations, enquiries, website listings, and more. She also works with LJ to promote the Central Agency fleet. Half French and half British, Solenne blends a multilingual and multicultural background with creativity, precision, and attention to detail to keep things running seamlessly behind the scenes.

Eva leads our marketing content and social media presence, and also supports CA fleet marketing. Based in Italy with roots in Slovakia and New Zealand, she blends sharp strategy with rich cultural fluency across five languages.

Rachel manages listings, design, location stories and yacht write-ups, supporting editorial and visual storytelling for CharterWorld. A UK designer turned New Zealander, she now lives in Christchurch with her family and dog Milo, finding creativity in both yachts and the outdoors.
