Luxury charter yacht ARTEMISEA (ex BALAJU, PRINCESS ANNA) is a 44 (146′) 2002 Italian Intermarine luxury motor yacht, refitted in 2024. ARTEMISEA, whose interiors have been designed by Arch. Zuretti has used simplicity as the guiding principle behind the yacht’s clean lines: there is a complete absence of mechanical structures on deck: the tenders are invisible, as is much of the deck equipment, and maximum space is dedicated to guest’s use. Accommodation onboard is offered for up to 10 guests in 5 cabins with a crew of 9.

Enter through automatic aft sliding doors into the main salon or through double hinged doors on the starboard side. Relax in the two white overstuffed sofas and three blue armchairs. The dining area and main can be divided with sliding doors and an electrically operated opaque screen. There is a large oval dining table with comfortable seating for 12, with Lalique chandelier overhead.

The large curved seating area and cocktail table, with access to the swim platform, are located on the aft deck.

The Spa pool is situated on the flybridge, and ample sunbeds will appeal to guests, as will the swimming platform, from where the tenders and the jet skis are available at anchor. There is aft seating with cocktail tables and shade umbrellas and the stereo sources from sky lounge.

Aft of the bridge deck is the sky lounge, which had a marble/leather bar, fixed sofa on the starboard side, two low tables and one game table. Aft sliding door leads to large dining table on the bridge aft deck. There is a retractable large Sony 42” flat screen TV/CD/DVD/VCR/Stereo. Day head forward.

The design of this superyacht was created with maximum privacy for guests: the service spaces (galley, laundry, etc.) are completely segregated from the guests living areas. Also, the accesses and passageways dedicated to the crew (located on the left side of the yacht) never cross those dedicated to the guests (located on the right side). The practical aspects of navigation are hidden (no control station is installed on the sun deck, as usual on yachts of this size), and discretion is the key to the layout.

A full-width master suite occupies the forward third of the main deck, with the open-plan main salon and dining area aft. The upper deck lounge opens onto a large and shaded external deck, allowing for informal alfresco meals and drinks from the full bar, with privacy from the quayside. Four guest suites are located on the lower deck, with a dividing bulkhead between the aft pair opening to form a vast VIP suite should the occasion demand it.

ARTEMISEA is a very child-friendly family boat and has a crew of 9 to take care of everything, while guests can relax and entertain in style.

Motor yacht ARTEMISEA provides a comprehensive array of water sports equipment, including Water Skis, Wakeboards, Kneeboards, Towables from 1 to 4 persons, 6-person Banana, Wind Surfing, Kite Boarding, See-through kayaks, Trampoline with slide and extensions, etc. All water sports equipment in an array of sizes from small children through adult.

Fitted with a pair of CAT 1300hp engines, this yacht can reach a top speed of 16 knots and a cruising speed of 12 knots.
