TAKAPUNA’s fully air conditioned and beautifully appointed interior is chic and stylish, finished in clean, light neutral tones and gleaming light woods. A custom skylight illuminates the main salon, which offers fully upholstered seating, 42” television with DirecTV and a 2000-movie library, and surround-sound stereo system with I-Pod hookups. A stunning dining salon offers seating for 6, and a large, professionally equipped galley is where your chef will create spectacular meals prepared to your preferences.

During the day enjoy sunbathing and relaxing on TAKAPUNA’S large foredeck sun cushions while sipping on a cool tropical beverage. For the more adventurous, high-speed fun awaits as her 90hp tender is the perfect way to enjoy waterskiing, wakeboarding and towing toys. Kayaks provide a sweet escape to explore along the coast or find a deserted beach to call your own, and an array of snorkeling and fishing equipment call you to answer the seas siren song. Two diving scooters offer a unique way for both snorkelers and divers to explore the teeming reefs and colorful fish of the Caribbean.

Later, adjourn to TAKAPUNA’s spacious aft deck lounge and relax on her plushly upholstered sofas while you enjoy sunset cocktails and scrumptious specialties in a pristine and beautiful anchorage. 8 passengers are luxuriously accommodated in TAKAPUNA’s Queen size master suite with private his and her baths, and 3 spacious Queen size staterooms with private bath, all of which are convertible to twins, offering a variety of options to accommodate any type of group. Each stateroom features full air conditioning and their own private TV/DVD and music entertainment systems.

ONBOARD LIFESTYLE AND ENTERTAINMENT

TAKAPUNA offers all of the amenities you would expect on a fantastic sailing yacht, including full air conditioning throughout, onboard watermaker, icemaker, and deck shower, Satellite TV, DVD, IPOD entertainment system, music, movie and book libraries and wireless internet (where available). All cabins have individual TV/DVD and stereo systems, and the deck has it’s own hi-fi sound system with I-Pod hookup and plenty of room for dancing!

TAKAPUNA hosts an assortment of toys for your fun on the water, including a 17’ tender with powerful and fast 90 hp outboard. This is the perfect way to enjoy waterskiing, wakeboarding, and her towing toys, all available onboard. She boasts a full array of snorkeling gear and fishing equipment, ocean kayaks for exploring the shoreline, and 2 diving scooters for snorkelers or rendezvous diving adventures!

The boat was amazing and frankly a steal for the money we paid, even though it was more than we initially budgeted, I don’t remember a single time the crew could have done something, but...
