Sailing Yacht DRUMBEAT has been well maintained with regular refits over the years. The yacht’s interior has been redesigned to reflect the simplicity and beauty of the lines of this head-turning sailing yacht. The colours, materials and furniture are designed for relaxed comfort. She offers the highest standard of lighting which gives the option of setting the appropriate mood throughout the yacht. The overall feeling on Drumbeat is one of casual elegance.

The design places a premium on good crew accommodations. Consequently, the general arrangement had to accommodate six crew cabins all with ensuite facilities and able to sleep two people even though the yacht would carry a complement of nine. The crew mess also had to be spacious and inviting.

The owner’s suite is very spacious, occupying the full beam of the yacht towards the stern and there would be four double guest cabins, all with ensuite bathrooms. These requirements pointed to a very large yacht, requiring high levels of experience and skill in the design and construction.

ACCOMMODATIONS

DRUMBEAT’s sophisticated accommodation welcomes up to 10 charter guests across five elegantly appointed staterooms, each bathed in abundant natural light. The sumptuous owner’s suite, three spacious double guest cabins, and a twin cabin featuring an additional Pullman berth ensure exceptional comfort and privacy for every guest. Professional crew quarters comprise six ensuite cabins, providing the dedicated crew with superior accommodations to deliver impeccable service throughout your charter experience.

YACHT LAYOUT & PLANS

Quotes

“Alloy Yachts built large sailing superyachts and the New Zealand company has won numerous International Yachting Awards and has been placed as a finalist on many occasions.”

“I loved the look of boats from age, well, nothing. It was the look of boats was as interesting to me as the hydrodynamics, both were equally compelling. I always wanted to design boats which were pretty, and I used to design model boats to begin with.” – “Ultimately, the key to any business is the driving force and the ability of the person who founded it, but you do need a good team behind you,” – Ed Dubois
