MODERN 35M SUPERYACHT

Stylish white-hulled MODERN 35M SUPERYACHT is a Sunseeker 116 model built in 2019. The naval architecture, exterior styling and interiors were all completed by the shipyard and she is constructed to RINA standards with a GRP hull and superstructure. Large areas of dark glazing create geometric shapes along the hull and ensure that guests have floor-to-ceiling views of their surroundings while dining or lounging. The accommodation sleeps a maximum of 10 guests over five en-suite cabins, and the professional crew of six will provide impeccable service to all guests on board.

EXTERIOR

From the broad lower swim platform guests have access to the main deck, where a curving sofa lines the stern and two large raised tables create an ideal setting for large outdoor meals. The nearby wet bar will keep guests refreshed throughout the meal, and guests can access the flybridge aft via a port-side stairway.

The flybridge forward can be sun-exposed or shaded with the automated fold-back bimini, beneath which there is a port sofa opposite the pilot seats and a corner sofa around a drinks table immediately behind.

There is a wet bar to port and extensive seating amidships with a sofa enclosing three sides of a large table and an aft-facing sofa enclosing the final side. To the stern, there is more aft-facing seating with a drinks table and a broad sunbed for unwinding all day and taking in the panoramic aft views.

The extensive foredeck uses a symmetrical setting that places an L-shaped sofa on each side followed by a large sunbed and a final sofa/sunbed on the bow, with a raised Jacuzzi in the centre. The Portuguese deck has a C-shaped sofa with a drinks table, where guests can enjoy a cocktail with uninterrupted views of the surroundings.

INTERIOR

The lower deck hosts the majority of the guest accommodation in addition to the crew accommodation and a tender garage in the stern.

Above, the main deck forward is dedicated to the Master suite which has a sofa to port and to starboard two armchairs and a table beneath the windows. The bathroom is forward and is furnished with a bathtub, a shower, a toilet, bidet and double sinks. In the starboard main foyer, guests have access to the raised pilothouse, and the galley to port connects to the formal dining room.

In the main salon, full-height windows and cut-away bulwarks result in impressive views of the destination while the group lounges in the air-conditioned environment. The formal dining area is placed forward within the same room and seats up to 10 guests for a comfortable and opulent meal.

Twin MTU 16V2000 M96L engines provide a top speed of 26 knots and a cruising speed of 18 knots and a range of 550 nautical miles.
