Built by the prestigious US shipyard Westport, the 50m motor yacht My Girl has been hauled out at Oceania Marine Shipyard at Port Whangarei, New Zealand. Planned for a two to three week maintenance stop, the My Girl superyacht will undergo a 5 year ABS survey as well as antifouling, minor waterline paint repairs and some general maintenance.

The luxury yacht My Girl was launched in 2007 and is in great condition which bears testament to the lower cost of ownership generally attributable to composite construction, especially as time passes.

Jim Loynes, Oceania Marine Yacht Liaison, coordinated the arrival of the Westport superyacht My Girl at the shipyard – “We are very pleased to have “My Girl” visit our yard as it highlights the great facilities we have here for vessels of this class.”
