Ibiza has always been a popular summer getaway in the Mediterranean, however increasingly it is also becoming a very popular location for luxury superyacht charters. Notable draws for charter yachts include a good marina, great beaches and anchorages and even better restaurants and on shore island life. The other reason to charter here is that the Balearic Islands of Spain are close together and so you can also cruise around several amazing areas in Mallorca and Menorca quickly and easily.
Charter a superyacht in Ibiza to experience an island in the best possible way – by sea. This Balearic Island in the Western Mediterranean is known as a hotspot for luxury vacations and for luxury yacht charters. It’s also famous for superyachts, party nights, beautiful scenery, amazing climate and beautiful anchorages. You’ll find many stunning and hidden coves around the island like Cala d’Albarca, Es Canaret and Cala Codolar. Many luxurious superyachts anchor in or close to Ibiza’s popular marinas such as Marina Ibiza, Marina Magna Ibiza or Marina Botafoch. Here you’ll find a top range of restaurants, cafes and boutiques.
While anchored off Ibiza take the opportunity to snorkel, water ski or go on a boat excursion. Ibiza is a buzzing island with lots of interesting history and culture. Four elements here are World Heritage sites, the Meadow of Neptune Grass, the walls of Dalt Vila, the burial site at Puig des Molins and the ancient archaeological site of Sa Caleta. After a day of sightseeing around Ibiza, chill out on Cala Salada beach, an idyllic cove, or Platja S’Estanyol on the south-east of the island.

There are lots of interesting things to see and do in Ibiza. Dine in fine restaurants, enjoy the party scene in vibrant nightclubs or shop in Ibiza Town’s upmarket boutiques. For a touch of romance, take your loved one to watch a most magnificent sunset from the sea on board your superyacht.
As part of your Ibiza charter, ask the captain to sail to the neighbouring and unspoilt island of Formentera. Formentera has laid back beaches and is an island covered in pine trees. Drop anchor for a few hours off Es Pujois Bay, ideal for snorkelling. Located on the west coast of the island is Cala Saona Beach. This stunning horse-shoe shaped cove has soft white sand and is a great place to relax.
Balearic Islands, located in the western Mediterranean Sea, are the most sought-after charter destination in Spain with charter itineraries starting and ending in either Mallorca or Ibiza.
