Luxury Motor Yacht LOHANKA (ex Solaia) is a Hakvoort yacht measuring 40.00m (131′ 3″) in length, built in 2001 and refitted in 2016. At first glimpse, LOHANKA appears to be a conventionally designed luxury power yacht. Her interior design by Felix Buytendijk can accommodate up to 8 guests in 4 luxury cabins with ensuite bathroom facilities, while a crew of 7 ensures everyone has a pleasant and memorable charter vacation.

However, further perusal reveals her very clever use of space and flow in her overall design layout. Solaia features a double internal staircase – one for the crew – and one for her owners, which creates a great circulation between her various spacious decks.

The main deck accommodates the main lounge, the dining room aft, the galley and lastly the owner’s suite, while the upper deck hosts the TV saloon and the captain’s stateroom, an office and her pilothouse. Solaia’s bridge deck and flybridge are designed for maximum privacy, while her sun deck boasts a large Spa Pool Spa with nice sunbathing areas on either side. Solaia’s sundeck also offers a covered bar and a large solarium, providing a panoramic view forwards. Solaia has a great range and storage capacities which allow her to undertake extensive cruising. She is a state yacht that has been designed to operate for long periods, in all weather conditions, with minimal maintenance and maximum luxury & comfort.

Luxury yacht LOHANKA is a combined effort between Diana Yacht Design who were responsible for the yacht’s naval architecture and Felix Buytendijk who created the yacht’s interior design styling and her builder Hakvoort Shipyard. Solaia is a traditional type, round bilged displacement yacht which displays excellent seaworthiness and cruising comfort engine noise and vibration.. Both her interior and exterior design and styling is creative, attractive as well as comfortable and practical. Solaia also provides a two-person elevator and two large aft doors, at the main and bridge deck levels.
