Fitzroy Yachts bought by Babcock to form Babcock (NZ) Ltd

Babcock International Group PLC has successfully bought the remaining 30 per cent minority shareholding of its joint venture partner, the NZ superyacht builder Fitzroy Yachts, creating Babcock (NZ) Ltd. The new firm, Babcock (NZ) Ltd has intentions to continue with its ongoing management contract of Devonport Dockyard in Auckland.
