Nautor’s Swan is heralding the coming of Spring this year with the 8th annual edition of the highly popular cruising calendar event, ‘the ClubSwan Caribbean Rendezvous’. With nearly 100 participations for 2011 there will be a strong cruising contingent from the Swan fraternity congregating in the British Virgin Islands from March 14 – 19.
Known by many as the ‘yachting capital of the Caribbean,’ the BVI Superyacht Regatta is the perfect setting for a unique gathering of some of the world’s finest sailing superyachts.
It will be Zefira’s debut regatta after her launch in New Zealand last year. Zefira’s experienced owners are looking forward to sailing in the fleet of 12 sailing superyachts.

Sailing yacht Aegir, Brian Benjamin’s Carbon Ocean 82, arrived at the Naval Base in Norfolk, Virginia on its maiden voyage. The 2011 Caribbean Superyacht Regatta & Rendezvous will take place from March 16–20, 2011 in the beautiful setting of Virgin Gorda, in the British Virgin Islands, Caribbean. The Caribbean Superyacht Regatta & Rendezvous is open to motor and sailing yachts and superyachts of 80 feet in length and above.
This year, Sol will be partnering with the Charter Yacht Society of the BVI, the Charter Yacht Show host and organizer, to support the success of the four-day event from November 4 through 7 at Village Cay Marina, Tortola. The British Virgin Islands Charter Yacht Show heralds the start of the charter season when luxury crewed yachts and charter brokers come together in the Virgin Islands to showcase and promote crewed sailing vacations in the area.
The ClubSwan Caribbean Rendezvous is a cruising event which has been developed by Nautor’s Swan to allow Swan owners to participate in an exclusive Swan event during the Caribbean season. The 2011 event will again be held at the prestigious Bitter End Yacht Club and will see the fleet sail in the turquoise Caribbean waters to some of the stunning British Virgin Islands.
The Guernsey Rendezvous is timed to provide an exclusive European Swan event alternation with the Swan European Regatta which was held in Cowes last year.
