THE LEGION

Superyacht THE LEGION is the seventh hull in the RP110 model from Taiwanese shipyard Horizon Yachts and was launched simultaneously with sistership WILD DUCK in 2019. Measuring 33.53m/110ft, her naval architecture is the work of Donald Blount while the exterior and interior styling comes from J.C. Espinosa and Cor D. Rover respectively. The accommodation sleeps a maximum of 10 guests in five en-suite cabins.

EXTERIOR

The transom door folds down to create an extensive social area beside the water, and the main deck aft provides a curving sofa along the stern, a massive dining table and a wet bar to starboard.

To port there is a stairway up to the flybridge along with a side passageway leading to the foredeck, which comes furnished with a C-shaped sofa and a raised table for drinks at sunset while admiring the uninterrupted views. Farther forward there is a sunbed and a bench along the bow.

Up on the flybridge, there is a large Jacuzzi forward of the glass sliding doors into the skylounge, and along the stern there is room for a tender that can be safely and efficiently launched and retrieved using a Davit crane.

INTERIOR

The lower deck hosts the crew accommodation forward with the majority of the guest accommodation amidships. To the aft is the engine room, followed by the galley and crew accommodation. Behind is a sauna and beach club with wine chiller and wet bar.
On the main deck the Master suite is located forward and behind there is a spacious galley to port with seating for crew meals, or breakfast as a family. The formal dining area and main salon combine to form one large guest space which has a monochrome colour scheme. Glossy surfaces enhance the elegance and sense of space, and marble table tops plush silvery furnishings and a spectacular circular chandelier all combine to make an unforgettable party space. A curving sofa is placed on either side of the main salon circular coffee table and a widescreen TV is aft to port.

The starboard main foyer stairway leads up to the raised pilot house where there is a corner port sofa and table aft of the helm station, and another stairway connects up to the flybridge, which can be enclosed to become the skylounge. A plush sofa is placed to port with two large drinks tables, and to starboard, there is a large wet bar with stools to seat up to five guests.
