Luxury sailing catamaran ULA was designed by naval architect Marc Lombard and built by the well-known Alliaura shipyard of France in 2002. Measuring 17.8m (58.7ft) in length, the Privilege model sailing catamaran, is available for deluxe charters in the Caribbean year round. S/Y ULA offers accommodation for up to 7 guests. She is managed by a dedicated crew of 2.

Featuring interior design by Diedre Consulting agency, crewed charter yacht ULA’s interior is elegant and classy. The salon and dining are an open plan, boasting traditional teak and holly floors, supple cream leather soft furnishings and fine crafted, warm wood joinery. The formal dining table sits to port, while a lounge space is to starboard. Large windows provide ample natural light, enhancing the bright airy atmosphere. Guest accommodations are in the port and starboard hulls, each with private en-suite facilities.

Sailing in the pristine Caribbean entices the outdoor style of living and thanks to the stable and wide catamaran design, S/Y ULA is the perfect charter yacht choice. Stepping out from the salon through sliding glass doors, the main cockpit is shaded and features an alfresco dining option, aft seating and comfortable side sunpads. Two generous sugar scoop transoms on port and starboard allow for effortless water access, to the many great water toys on offer.

S/Y ULA has a beam of 9.2m (30.4ft) and a draft of 1.7m (5.8ft). She is powered by twin 130hp Volvo engines capable of 8 – 10 knots. When under sail, the catamaran ULA’s fractional sloop rig carries approximately 196m2 (2110ft2) of sail area.
