SHENANDOAH OF SARK

Luxury sailing yacht, 54.35m (178’4”) SHENANDOAH OF SARK was launched in 1902 by Townsend & Downey, features naval architecture by T.E. Ferris and interiors by Martin Francis design. She was meticulously restored in 1996 and has been carefully maintained ever since, with her most recent refit being in 2019. She is an elegant, classic three mast gaff topsail schooner with a beam of 8.25m and draft of 4.65m and can accommodate up to eight guests in four staterooms.

EXTERIOR
The original gloss wood and brass finishes have been beautifully restored and are now maintained at a high quality by the captain and crew. The central cockpit is furnished with a built in U-shaped bench settee surrounding a flexible table and sheltered by a fixed soft bimini shade and open sides to preserve the views.

INTERIOR
The interier is incredibly spacious and offers loads of guest space amidships. There is a central salon with steps up to the deck which includes a corner sofa, grand piano, library and dining setting. This area boasts a vaulted ceiling with lantern skylight giving a feeling of space and light.
