ARABELLA

ARABELLA is a beautiful classic sailing yacht built by the renowned Palmer Johnson shipyard in 1983. She was refitted in 2000 and spreads 47.85m (157′) in LOA offering accommodation for up to 40 charter guests in 20 cabins. EXTERIOR

Outside, the foredeck boasts a selection of sunbeds in front of the helm station and father along the bow there are padded benches along the bulwarks, and the central area has been left clear for operations and as sunbathing, exercise of observation space while at anchor.

The aft section has an inner area and an outer area. The inner area is lined with padded bench seating that creates a U-shaped curve near the aft. The outer aft section is uncovered and provides a Jacuzzi near the stern, forward of which is a broad sunbed for resting and drying off in the sunshine.

Above, the roof/top deck is used for storage of water toys, tenders and other equipment.

INTERIOR

The lower deck hosts the guest and crew accommodation, plus facilities such as laundry, and the engine room.
On the main deck, the spacious salon is designed to host all 40 guests as well as additional visitors during dockside events. The wet bar to aft has an extensive selection of spirits and soft drinks for casual gatherings and special occasions. The port and starboard walls are fitted with curving ‘undulating’ sofas that, along with movable chairs, form seating areas for six around raised tables.

A Caterpillar 3196 engine at 500 HP provides a cruising speed of 9 knots for sailing even on windless days.
