MOUSETRAP

Launched in 2012, the 33.5m sailing yacht Mousetrap is an impressive VPLP 110 multi-hull large cruising catamaran built in composite by the French shipyard JFA Chantier Naval. Providing both comfort and sailing performance, the Mousetrap superyacht features naval architecture as well as exterior design by Van Peteghem Lauriot Provost (VPLP).

8 guests can be easily accommodated on board the spacious JFA superyacht Mousetrap, looked after by a knowledgeable and enthusiastic crew of 6. There is a large interior and a 65 m² salon, along with dining area with 360° spectacular view over the ocean. The aft cockpit houses an entertainment and relaxation area, whilst the bow offers a popular Spa Pool and sunbathing couches. An additional exterior salon with sun lounge and bar can be found on the fly deck. There is also space for 2 tenders, one for the guests the other for the crew.

In order to divide the ‘working area’ from the guest area twin helm stations and all hydraulic manoeuvres are positioned on the flybridge, while still permitting a clear view of the sails and over the entire vessel from bow to stern.

Built out of carbon, the 110´ luxury yacht Mousetrap (VPLP 110) is powered by twin 330 HP diesel engines. She boasts a beam of 14.05m (46´10´´) and a maximum draught of 4.60m (15´09´´). Mousetrap is built to comply to Bureau Veritas as well as MCA standards.
