FNM custom built super yacht Germania Nova has a steel hull and a wooden superstructure. The hull, main deck and rigging have the appearance of the original racing schooner yacht Germania from 1908. The wooden rig of the yacht is conventional, basically non-automated, with no rolling gear but fitted with practical winch systems.

154ft luxury yacht Germania Nova has a beam of 8.17m (26ft) and a maximum draught of 5.41m (18ft) and is built to comply to Germanischer Lloyd 100A5 and MCA LY2 standards. She is ideal for world-wide cruises, mostly in tropical and subtropical waters, but able to in arctic waters as well.
