PILOT

Measuring 34.04m (111’67”), the luxury motor yacht POLOT was built by the Dutch shipyard Van der Valk and launched in 2023. Designed by Cor D. Rover, she can accommodate up to 8 guests in 4 cabins and has further accommodation for a crew of 6.

EXTERIOR
PILOT has an exquisitely detailed exterior profile for a contemporary explorer with an exceptional volume of 295 gross tonnes. The shipyard has blended masculine proportions with a wealth of curves, raked bridge windows with the sturdiness of a commercial vessel and air grills are inspired by the automotive industry which create a dynamic overall feel.

“All these exterior details and round forms required lots of skill from our aluminium shapers and welders to create the base shape. The exterior paint crew then had to create perfect straight lines on a perfect curved shape, where the slightest deformation would be instantly apparent due to the different colours used” said Van der Valk general manager Bram Kooltjes.

She offers loads of outside deck space with the aft deck featuring a large dining table and circular seating that can easily accommodate ten people and a large wet bar with BBQ on the bridge deck aft.

Twin MTUs give a top speed around the 20-knot mark and the yacht has been fitted with CMC stabilisers.

INTERIOR
While no details of the complex custom interior are currently released, there are two large balconies: one on the main deck for the master suite, the other in the hull for the lower deck VIP.
