NORTHERN SONG

Motor yacht NORTHERN SONG is a stable and seaworthy 25,60m (84′ ) expedition style motor yacht which is ideal for exploring the ocean’s wonders. She was built in 1997, and renewed in 2008, and she offers many extras which make her an ideal platform for Pacific Northwest and Alaska yachting.

Northern Song is a completely equipped go-anywhere yacht which is managed by four professional crew. Four cabins with ensuite showers and heads ensure lots of personal space. There is also a day head on main deck and h/c shower on swim platform.

The huge pilot house can seat 10 easily for terrific all-round viewing and back seat driving. 1200 gals of water making, 3000 gals of water storage and fuel and oil for 4000 to 5000 nm range along with huge freezer capacity allow long, comfortable vacations or permanent live aboard. A very sea-kindly stabilized hull, open plan salon, and well equipped galley makes for comfortable passage making.

NORTHERN SONG underwent a refit and in spring 2008, including major engine room maintenance a new water maker, 30 Kw generator, prop shaft, all through-hull fittings, satellite phone, SSB transceiver, one of the VHF radios, both chart plotters. Also the yacht’s bottom was sand blasted to steel and new bottom paint applied. New boot stripe and blue topside paint.
