BLEU DE NIMES

M /Y BLEU DE NIMES (ex Lodestone) is a 72.25m / 237’ explorer type luxury motor yacht which was built by Clelands of England in 1980 with interior design by Pier VIttorio Cerruti. BLEU DE NIMES was refitted first in 2000 and was relaunched in 2005 before having another subsequent refit between 2016 and 2020 when she was lengthened from 58,70m (192′ 7″) to her current LOA. This magnificent yacht offers accommodation for up to 28 charter guests in 13 cabins and has further accommodation for a crew of 23 in 9 additional cabins.

EXTERIOR

The lower deck swim platform offers plenty of space to access the tender or to unwind on sun loungers close to the water’s edge. The mid-section of the port side hull has a fold-down platform, providing an additional sea terrace and a place to launch the two tenders on board.

The main deck aft is an extensive outdoor area shaded by the overhang of the upper deck. In contrast, the upper deck, bridge deck and observation deck are exposed to the elements, and all provide uninterrupted views of the surroundings.

INTERIOR

The interiors are the work of architect Pier Vittorio Cerruti’s studio, who originally converted her from a naval vessel into a luxury expedition yacht. Part of her 2016-2020 extension included the addition of a tender garage to store two tenders within.

Twin Cummins KTA 50 M2 engines each producing 1,680 HP for a top speed of 15 knots and an extensive cruising range.
