PROJECT ASIA, also known as YN253, is a 61m luxury motor yacht launched in 2024 by Dutch shipyard, Hakvoort, with exterior and interior design from Sinot Exclusive Yacht Design. She features a wonderful balance of indoor and outdoor social areas, including a massage room with hammam. Accommodation is for 10 guests over 5 cabins, including a main deck Master cabin.

With four decks, there is plenty of outdoor space to enjoy aboard this luxury vessel. The aft decks provide a variety of sitting and dining areas with couches and sun pads, however the sundeck is the ultimate spot to soak up some sun. Here there is a swimming pool, sunpads to relax on, a full bar, and wonderful views from the elevated position.

Inside, this well-equipped yacht features a gym room, massage room and hammam. Specific details of the interior layout and décor have yet to be revealed by the shipyard, but are sure to be nothing short of fantastic for a yacht of this caliber.

Her two Caterpillar 3512E HD engines provide a maximum speed of 15 knots, and cruising speed of 13 knots.

The luxurious Owner cabin is located on the main deck, and enjoys the full width of the yacht. The cabins boasts his and hers ensuite bathrooms, a seating area, and panoramic views forward.

The remaining 4 guest cabins are located on the lower deck, and are all very comfortable and feature ensuite bathrooms.
