EXCELERATE Z

Motor yacht EXCELERATE Z (ex Z of Monaco, Z) is a 28.14m (92′ 4″) vessel launched in 2006 by the UK builder Sunseeker and was refitted in 2022. Her inviting interiors by Bannenberg & Rowell offer accommodation for up to eight guests in four cabins. She has a crew of two.

EXTERIOR

The lower deck offers a broad swim platform for easy access in and out of the water with two staircases connecting to the main deck aft. Glass sliding doors lead into the salon, while along the stern a plush sofa makes a comfortable place to rest while dining alfresco at the large table.

The foredeck is designed for sunbathing and a spread of sunpads, as well as forward seating, is available to enjoy uninterrupted forward views. Up, on the flybridge, the aft section hosts a circular Jacuzzi with sunpads to either side and beneath the hardtop, there is a C-shaped seating area surrounding a large raised table with additional L-shaped seating opposite and a forward bar to seat three.

INTERIOR

The interior uses pale wooden panelling throughout to create a welcoming and modern environment that enhances the sense of space on board. Natural furnishings in stone and cream add to the clean and contemporary feel.

The lower deck hosts the guest accommodation, which consists of a generous Master suite and a double cabin plus two twin cabins.

On the main deck, there is an open-plan layout that stretches from the helm station to the glass doors out to the main deck aft. A raised seating area with a drinks table is placed to port of the bridge controls for excellent lighting and cosy conversation. Behind, a port-side galley also functions as a breakfast and cocktail bar with three seats for guests. Opposite, the elegant formal dining area serves up to six guests for intimate meals. A staircase amidships connects up to the flybridge, while to the aft large sofas line each wall beneath broad contemporary windows and a coffee table is placed in the centre for both seating areas to use.

A pair of MTU 16 V 2000 M engines allows for a cruising speed of 18 knots and a top speed of 30 knots.
