SKAT

Motor yacht SKAT Is an impressive 70,70-metre luxury superyacht built by the well-known and respected German shipyard Lurssen and launched in 2002. Superyacht SKAT was constructed under the Project name 9906 based on the design by Espen Oeino International with interiors by the Italian designer Marco Zanini.

SKAT features a steel hull and an aluminium superstructure, with a gross tonnage of 1998 tonnes. SKAT’s controversial design by Espen Oeino is often referred to as militaristic, offering a truly unique style to her owner.

Some of the main features and amenities of SKAT include a gymnasium, two superyacht tenders and a motorcycle. There is also a helicopter that accompanies SKAT that has been painted in matching grey colour.

Luxurious and sumptuous accommodation was created in five beautiful cabins, sleeping up to ten guests in total. SKAT yacht has a crew of around 20 members, keeping her well-maintained and offering impeccable service to her owner and guests.

The yacht has been fitted with the latest in stabilisation systems, reducing roll motion effect, resulting in a smoother ride. It also has ‘at anchor’ stabilisers offering additional comfort to her guests.

Mega yacht SKAT is powered by two MTU engines (16V 4000 M70) of 2,717 hp (2,026KW) each, powering her up to a maximum speed of 17 knots and allowing her to cruise at a speed of 15 knots.
