104M QUANTUM BLUE

With the launch in 2014, luxury motor yacht QUANTUM BLUE is an impressive 104-metre (341’2 foot) vessel built by the leading German shipyard Lürssen. The striking mega yacht PROJECT QUANTUM BLUE has been superbly penned by acclaimed Tim Heywood, and the interiors are from the renowned Alberto Pinto. Featuring a steel hull and aluminium superstructure, the 104-metre Lürssen luxury yacht QUANTUM BLUE boasts an impressive beam of 16.8m (55’12”). Built to Lloyds Register PYC classification society rules, she can achieve a maximum speed of 22 knots and a cruising speed of 13 knots. The accommodation sleeps a total of 14 guests over 7 en-suite cabins, with a crew of 18 for excellent service throughout the journey.

EXTERIOR

The spacious lower deck swim platform provides an extensive sunbathing area beside the water, which is also perfect for spreading out with the water toys. The swim platform connects through to the lower deck beach club, and two staircases ascend to the main deck aft, where there is a C-shaped sofa and coffee table partially placed in the shade, with room close to the doors into the main salon providing enough space for an alfresco dining area.

The upper deck places a sofa/sunbed combination close to the aft balustrades for sunshine and excellent views. Beneath the bridge deck overhang, there is an elegant alfresco dining setting to seat the whole group. Side walkways lead around to the flush foredeck, which is designed as a helipad and can be used as a sunbathing or socialising area when clear. The bridge deck aft has a similar setup to the deck below with a sunbed close to the stern, and room for a casual outdoor lounge in the shade.

Up on the sundeck aft, another sofa/sunbed lines the stern and there is room on both sides to use as an observation area. The swimming pool is placed on the sundeck forward and is placed between two large sunbeds for drying off in the sunshine with spectacular views.

INTERIOR

The interiors are the work of Alberto Pinto and the layout has yet to be revealed by the shipyard.

The twin 20V 4000 M93L engines for M/Y QUANTUM BLUE provide a top speed of 22 knots and a cruising speed of 13 knots.
