OCEAN PARADISE

Built by Benetti in 2013, 55m/181ft luxury yacht OCEAN PARADISE has a steel hull and aluminium superstructure with naval architecture and exterior styling done by the Benetti in-house team, while the interiors were created by Benetti designer Mauro Izzo. Up to 12 guests can sleep aboard in six beautiful modern cabins.

EXTERIOR
The main deck aft is fitted with a plush C-shaped sofa, five backless chairs and two coffee tables for the ideal place to start the day, have an informal alfresco meal or catch up with friends and family while waiting for the tenders. Stairs connect to the beach club below as well as the upper deck, providing easy access and convenience even when hosting a large event.

Dine alfresco in the shade of the upper deck aft, where the forward table seats 12 guests and the bar has an excellent selection of spirits to complement the meal. Gusets can catch up on the latest news and sports on the widescreen TV, then continue the conversation on the long starboard-side sofa or lie back into the adjacent settee that doubles as sunpads.

The spacious sundeck is ready to host a party and comes equipped with a forward wet bar, a Jacuzzi with waterfall and sunpads that can be shaded by sun umbrellas, a mid-deck lounge containing a port and starboard seating area sheltered by the hardtop, plus a large aft space that can be cleared or laid out with seating. There is also a DJ console and the sundeck can become a dancefloor for entertaining long into the night.

INTERIOR
Guests arriving by tender will disembark on the swim platform to be greeted by the beach club, where guests can lounge beside sea or make use of the gym equipment for exercise out in the fresh air. Forward of the beach club is the tender garage, and tenders are deployed and retrieved via a side hatch on the starboard side. Towards the bow is the guest and crew accommodation, the former consisting of a VIP suite, a double cabin and two twin cabins.

The Master suite is located on the main deck forward and occupants are treated to a private side terrace, media room and spacious en-suite facilities. Behind the main foyer, the main salon uses an open-plan layout to include the forward formal dining area, where up to 10 guests can sit in comfort in contemporary surroundings that borrow inspiration from the past. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide panoramic views and ensure excellent natural lighting during the daylight hours.

To the aft, the lounge is made up of a bespoke curving sofa where guests can stretch out or sit together and watch a film on the widescreen TV. Large glass sliding doors open out onto the main deck aft to connect the two areas for entertaining and fresh sea air.

Guests looking for an alternative indoor retreat can use the tranquil air-conditioned skylounge for an afternoon of reading or spending time working on hobbies. An L-shaped sofa and circular coffee table follows the starboard wall, while on the forward port-side wall there is a bar and a retro arcade games table.
A pair of Caterpillar diesel engines of 2365 HP each allow for a maximum speed of 17 knots, a cruising speed of 15.5 knots and a range of 4,000 nautical miles at 12 knots.
