HELIOS 2

HELIOS 2 (ex: Helios Squared, Anson Bell) is a 51,13m (167,09ft) yacht launched by Palmer Johnson in 2002 and designed by Sparkman & Stephens, last refitted in 2019, she accommodates 14 guests in 5 cabins.

HELIOS 2 is chic and classic at the same time. Her interiors are contemporary and have a nice cosy atmosphere to them, with joined anigre panelling and plenty of natural light coming in through large windows all around. Neutral carpets and plush sofas in matching tones are laid out on each side of the salon, with comfortable chairs around two coffee tables which gives an intimate feel to the living area on the main deck. Moving forward, guests will enter the formal dining area, before accessing the galley, foyer with central staircase through all decks, and a powder room. The private master suite and study are located forward. There is a lovely sky lounge finished in semi-gloss Anigre on the bridge deck of this motor yacht, which is ideal for entertaining. It comprises a bar and a wine cooler of great capacity as well as a salon with a generous L shaped sofa around a big wooden coffee table, plasma screen TV/DVD and surround sound system. The four spacious guest suites are located on the lower deck.

The exterior spaces of HELIOS 2 are very spacious, yet also render a nice impression of intimacy. Family and friends can relax on the 2 sheltered sofas of the aft main deck where it is also possible to dine al fresco, or choose to dine on the aft Bridge deck where they can also relax on vast couches. Forward of the pilothouse, it is possible to sunbathe on padded sunbeds each side of the Portuguese Bridge. The sundeck is a very popular area and possibilities are endless: Sunbathing on comfortable sunchairs, enjoying aperitifs at the wetbar, relaxing on the large corner settee, or having fun in the Jacuzzi surrounded by sunpads, to name a few. Amongst the many great features of this yacht is a staircase going from the aft deck into a vestibule on the starboard side of the lower deck, which opens onto the water for easy access to the tender. The water lovers will also enjoy the swimming platform which also gives effortless access to the great assortment of toys on offer.

With her 2 x CAT 3508 B series 1000hp engines and her full displacement Aluminium hull, this LLOYDS +100A1 class yacht, equipped with stabilisers at anchor, cruises at speeds of 13 knots with top speeds of 15 knots.
