ALCOR

Motor yacht ALCOR was built by Heesen Yachts in 2000 and offers accommodation for up to 12 charter guests in 6 cabins. This 35m (114’) vessel has elegant interiors and great exterior areas, as well as an excellent selection of toys in addition to a professional and friendly crew of 6. She was refitted in winter 2020/2021.

EXTERIOR

The main deck aft treats guests to a sheltered alfresco dining area comprised of a plush C-shaped sofa, raised table and movable chairs. A starboard stairway goes to the upper deck aft, side walkways lead to the foredeck and two stairways aft connect to the lower deck swim platform.

The upper deck stores the tender along the stern with a Davit crane for its easy launch and retrieval, and a corner sofa and elevated table are placed in the starboard corner close to the doors into the skylounge, with a stairway up to the flybridge to port. A long sofa is placed in front of the helm controls, and a forward stairway connects to the foredeck below.

The flybridge has sunbeds placed along the stern and starboard side around the communications mast, and amidships is another large alfresco dining area surrounded on three sides by a C-shaped sofa. The helm controls are forward, and the seating makes a comfortable place for guests to rest while at anchor and savour the views.

INTERIOR

The lower deck places the crew accommodation, mess and laundry facilities forward followed by the guest accommodation amidships, the engine room aft and the tender garage in the stern.

On the main deck, the Master suite is situated forward with the galley amidships to port and the main foyer and day head to starboard The formal dining area behind seats up to 10 guests around an oval table, and the main salon has two sofas and an armchair around a coffee table to port, plus a drinks table to serve four behind, and to starboard a sofa, coffee table and armchair.

The helm station is forward on the upper deck, behind which is the foyer and stairway to starboard. The single cabin is to port with a bathroom opposite, and the skylounge provides a tranquil environment consisting of two sofas around a coffee table with a door out onto the upper deck aft.

A pair of Caterpillar 475 HP engines give a top speed of 13 knots, a cruising speed of 11 knots and a range of 3,500 nautical miles.
