Mangusta Oceano 43

The Mangusta Oceano 43 is part of the Mangusta Oceano series from Overmarine Group and was first constructed in 2018 with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure. This 43m/141ft superyacht features the contemporary exterior and interior styling of Alberto Mancini in conjunction with Overmarine Group, and the accommodation sleeps up to 10 guests over five spacious en-suite cabins.

NOTABLE FEATURES OF MANGUSTA OCEANO 43

  • Sizeable bow Jacuzzi
  • Sundeck lounge with TV and nearby bar
  • Master suite with private terrace
  • Large beach club matched by deep swim platform
  • Skylounge cinema

EXTERIOR

From the extensive lower deck swim platform guests can access the main deck aft, where a stern sofa and raised table provide a convenient place to rest and enjoy a meal in the shade.

An exterior staircase leads to the upper deck aft, where the main alfresco dining table is situated. After a meal, guests can settle into the seating along the stern to rest and take in the views. A C-shaped sofa with a table can be found on the Portuguese deck in front to the helm station, while the foredeck is fitted with a wide sunpad and a generous bow Jacuzzi for soaking in the sunshine with sweeping forward views.

The sundeck provides the best casual alfresco entertainment area on board with sun loungers to the aft and a sun-drenched lounge close to the shade of the hardtop. A widescreen TV is concealed within the cabinetry behind the central sofa, the other side of which is a small alfresco dining area to seat six guests, and the sundeck forward has an impressive bar for refreshments throughout the occasion.

INTERIOR

The interiors from Alberto Mancini make use of texture and muted tones to create a sophisticated modern environment enhanced by large windows and bespoke art.
On the lower deck, a spacious beach club is fitted into the stern section and when the transom door is lowered the large swim platform further extends the available room to guests. Forward of the beach club is the engine room followed by the guest accommodation, consisting of two double cabins and two twin cabins. The crew accommodation and facilities are placed within the bow.

The Master suite is located on the main deck forward and uses the full beam to provide a desk and lounge within the bedroom as well as his and hers bathrooms, a private terrace and a walk-through wardrobe separating the Master suite from the main foyer. To the aft, the main salon and formal dining area are combined to create one large room, with the dining table placed forward and seating up to 10 guests. The lounge uses three sofas to form a cosy socialising area around a coffee table, with a widescreen TV integrated into the aft starboard wall. Floor-to-ceiling windows allow for plenty of natural light and excellent views, while sliding doors provide easy access to the exterior deck while airing the interior.

On the upper deck, the skylounge doubles as a cinema and places a massive widescreen TV on the aft wall, with two chaise loungers either side of a central coffee table and a sofa near the sliding doors to the upper deck aft. Smaller windows create a closer atmosphere for conversation and better screen visibility without blocking out the light completely.
A pair of MTU 12V 2000 M72 engines ensure a cruising speed of 11 knots, a top speed of 15 knots and a range of 4,500 nautical miles.
