NAMASTE

With a launch in 2016, superyacht NAMASTE represents a Mangusta Oceano 42 vessel, built by the prestigious Italian shipyard Mangusta, part of the Overmarine Group. She was designed by Alberto Mancini and the yard’s in-house team, and offers accommodation for up to twelve guests in six cabins, serviced by a crew of seven.

EXTERIOR

The lower deck transom door opens up to become a spacious swim platform and sunbathing area connected to the beach club. Port and starboard stairways lead to the main deck aft, where there a plush sofa is integrated into the stern and an elevated table creates an alfresco dining area shaded by the upper deck overhang.

The sun-exposed foredeck is another place where guests can enjoy a meal or drinks on the forward-facing C-shaped sofa with drinks tables. Sunpads are placed on the bow and farther forward a wading pool is the ideal place to cool down on hot days.

The upper deck aft provides a shaded alfresco dining table close to the skylounge, plus plenty of comfortable seating along the stern to take in the views after a meal.

The sundeck offers elevated views and a sun-exposed area to the aft fitted with sun loungers and a laid-back salon with two sofas around a group of coffee tables. Forward, the hardtop provides a sheltered area for alfresco dining. A widescreen TV is hidden in the cabinetry and can be concealed when not in use.

INTERIOR

The lower deck is fitted with a beach club in the stern and four en-suite guest cabins each with their own colour scheme in contemporary styling. The bow hosts the crew accommodation and services.

On the main deck the forward section is dedicated to the Master suite, which has a forward bathroom lit from above by the foredeck wading pool, while in the bedroom there is a lounge beside the starboard terrace. Aft of the amidships foyer is the main salon and formal dining area, which has floor-to-ceiling windows for impressive views and an abundance of natural lighting. The formal dining area seats up to eight guests in a bright environment featuring a cream colour scheme on the walls and in the furnishings.
To the aft, the lounge consists of three large sofas and an armchair placed around a coffee table.

On the upper deck, the helm station is placed forward with the Captain’s cabin behind. The aft skylounge doubles as a cinema and guests can settle into the three sofas surrounding the rectangular central coffee table to watch a film on the massive forward screen.

A pair of diesel MTU 12V 2000 M72 engines allows for a top speed of 15 knots and a cruising speed of 11 knots with a range of 4,500 nautical miles.
