Luxury yacht Le Levant is a sleek and elegant 90 charter guest expedition vessel with a crew of 55. Built to the highest international standards for safety and elegance, she cuts through the water with skill and grace and has all the pleasures of a private yacht. Le Levant is equipped with a fleet of Zodiacs; the aft deck features an activities marina for Zodiac loading and unloading. The ship also boasts a panoramic restaurant used for breakfast and lunch, and a fine-dining restaurant for dinner in the evening, as well as a large lounge and two bars. There is a comfortable library, hairdressing salon and Turkish bath, along with a well-equipped gym and sauna, outdoor swimming pool and gift shop. Le Levant also has a medical facility, elevator and an INMARSAT telecommunications system, which can be used from your stateroom 24-hours a day to any location around the world.

Le Levant is a superb yacht built in France, flying the French flag, staffed by a French crew, and carefully designed for year-round travel in the Western Hemisphere. It will be hardy enough for adventure travel while setting new standards for comfort and elegance that will rival the finest private yacht.

Le Levant will accommodate just 90 guests in 45 elegant outside staterooms. Each stateroom measures 195 sq. ft., and features a bedroom with beds that may be configured as a queen-size bed or as two twins, and a marble bathroom with shower.

The handsome staterooms are accented with inlaid wood and are furnished with color TV and VCR, refrigerator, generous storage space and other amenities. All staterooms are set high above the waterline. A large picture window affords views of the sea and landscape.

Le Levant’s public areas include the Grand Salon for lectures and special presentations, a verandah restaurant where breakfast and lunch will be served both indoors and outdoors, the spacious dining room, a wood-paneled library filled with an excellent selection of books on Le Levant’s many destinations, a gymnasium, a boutique, a styling salon, and an outdoor pool and bar. The promenade deck is ideal for walks.

A special feature of Le Levant is the marina at the stern of the ship, which provides a perfect platform for swimming, snorkeling and scuba diving. Also at the stern are two hydraulic doors behind which are Le Levant’s two special landing craft that can carry guests ashore.

Le Levant’s hull is strengthened for navigation in ice – and features state-of-the-art stabilizers and bow thrusters for maximum comfort aboard, as well as the most up-to-date navigational and technological equipment. Le Levant is built in accordance with the latest and most stringent requirements for safety at sea.
