EGO

A classic 1987-built Benetti superyacht, 49.5/162.5ft EGO (ex.RIMA II) was superbly refitted in 2014 for modern use and received a fresh repaint in 2019. Her naval architecture is the work of Ruggerio and the large interior and exterior guest areas are able to host up to 80 guests. The accommodation sleeps up to 12 guests over seven en-suite cabins, with a crew of 10 on hand for impeccable service.

EXTERIOR

The lower deck swim platform has a ladder and offers a large area for sunbathing beside the water, with a spacious and stately alfresco dining area nearby for on the main deck aft where there is an elevated table, a curving sofa along the stern and additional chairs.

Guests have a spacious outdoor area to themselves on the upper deck, where there are sun loungers along the aft and plenty of space for guests to use for exercise or hosting a special event.

The sundeck provides guests with a comfortable place to unwind and take in the elevated views from the L-shaped sofa to the aft, while using the outdoor gym equipment or while soaking in the forward Jacuzzi. Beneath the central hardtop, there is a bar and seating area to enjoy alfresco meals.

INTERIOR

The lower deck layout hosts the double, twin and single guest cabins with the VIP stateroom placed on the main deck forward. The main deck amidships has a spacious private formal dining area to seat up to 12 guests in style, while behind there is a massive lounge separated into two areas for guests to use as a media centre or for separate conversations while hosting a large event.

Behind the forward media centre, four sofas are placed around a coffee table with a wet bar to port near the aft sliding doors and a circular drinks table and chairs opposite.

The upper deck has the bridge controls forward and the Captain’s cabin behind, followed by the Master suite in the aft with a private lounge/office with doors to the outside seating area.

A pair of 3500 HP MTU TB93 V16 engines produce a maximum of 16 knots, a cruising speed of 13.5 knots and a range of 2,200 nautical miles.
