2009 Ferretti Altura 840

The Ferretti 2009 Altura 840 motor yacht deputed stateside at the 2009 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show last October. Although fulfilling all the fun factors of a luxury motor yacht, the Ferretti Altura 840 motor yacht appears to be attractive to the more mature buyer.

Stepping on board and the cockpit, one immediately notices the attention dedicated to maximizing space for social interaction. A large rectangular table in teak, a fixed bench and three armchairs can accommodate up to eight guests. The spoiler and the flybridge are accessible via the stair from the cockpit. A tempered, darkened glass sliding door leads us into the roomy salon.

Immediately starboard of the 2009 Ferretti Altura 840 is the stairway to the master cabin. Teak interior continues through here as well, with the walls entirely paneled in boiserie, with light colored fabric for the upper section.

Two large rectangular windows of the motor yacht are flooding the salon with beautiful light, the salon also includes a living area for total relaxation. To starboard is a divan with bar table, armchair and two coffee tables, one of which is central.
From here we are led into the working zone that incorporates an extendable desk with armchair. Facing, there are two comfortable armchairs with a low unit concealing the 32” pop-up TV. The two armchairs can be easily repositioned near the sofa to seat friends.
