ZEMI

Sailing yacht ZEMI is an all-carbon luxury sloop measuring 33.5m/110ft with naval architecture and exterior styling from Malcolm McKeon Yacht Design, and interiors by Andreas Martin-Löf in what will be his inaugural yacht interior project. The BALTIC 110 CUSTOM was commissioned by an experienced yacht Owner for family adventures the world over, with delivery in 2023. The Owner’s representative for the project will be A2B Marine Projects, who previously worked with Malcolm McKeon yacht Design on the highly successful BALTIC 112 sailing yacht LIARA. The accommodation layout for guests and crew has yet to be revealed by the shipyard.

EXTERIOR

Above deck, there is a spacious cockpit shaded by a bimini to ensure that the area can be used in bright sunshine or drizzle. The sides are lined with comfortable seating and a raised table provides the option of casual alfresco dining. The dual helm controls are behind, and the stern section has space to take in the views.

The foredeck has been left clear for crew operations, and while at anchor guests can use it for sunbathing, exercise and taking in the wildlife and scenery.

INTERIOR

The interior layout has yet to be revealed by the shipyard.

The BALTIC 110 CUSTOM is equipped with a Danfoss electric propulsion unit that is powered by Lithium-ion batteries, and while sailing it converts to a generator using the yacht’s free-wheeling propeller. Also installed are twin Cummins Diesel engines that meet IMO Tier 3 emissions regulations.
