Completed by the Turkish builder Aganlar Boatyard in early 2012 and successfully launched at the Antibes Yacht Show in France in April 2012, the breathtaking charter yacht Kestrel, the first of the series, is now available for immediate sale. Ron Holland-designed luxury sailing yacht Kestrel 106 is now wintering in a fabulous Turkish yacht charter destination – Bodrum, after a very successful summer touring the most prestigious boat shows.

Luxury yacht Kestrel offers an extraordinary lifestyle afloat. All agree that there is nothing similar available on the world market. This groundbreaking new superyacht has opened an entirely new niche in the market by fusing together the very best aspects of motor yacht, sailing boat and beach house in a fresh interpretation of a classical sailing ship.

Superyacht Kestrel 106 is unique in combining exceptional space, comfort and stability with real cruising performance so that non sailors can genuinely enjoy living onboard just as much as dedicated sailing enthusiasts. She is fit to travel across the oceans of the globe or just anchor in that favourite bay. Everyone who has visited her has been simply blown away by both the ‘rightness’ of the concept for today’s world and the quality to which she has been built.

When not in use by the owner the magnificent Kestrel 106 yacht has been developed to be very attractive to the charter market, meaning that annual running costs can be recovered if desired. One design feature which has attracted particular acclaim is the ‘convertible cockpit’ where the seating units and tables slide together on tracks for intimate meals, slide apart to form a sailing cockpit, or the tables are removed and the seats slide out over the winches to create a large dance floor/cocktail area.
