For the first time, and unlike most hotel or club venues, the memberships include access to the stunning Creek side pool so that members can work up a sweat with the team of qualified fitness professionals and then cool off post-workout.
Fit Lab membership starts from just AED 600 per month and is available as a minimum of three, six or 12 month membership which includes full gym and pool access seven days a week.

“We can do complete fitness assessments and develop individual programmes that provide nutritional plans and specialist physiotherapy in conjunction with the in-house team, from Bespoke Wellness. All members who sign up before 15th February 2013 will receive a complimentary personal fitness assessment and programme along with a free Kettlebell, TRX and Circuit Training class plus a one day pool access pass for a guest.
Classes can be booked individually or in multiple blocks, covering a range of specialist courses including Fatburner, TRX, Aqualates, swimming and Kettlebell. Personal training can be booked in 10, 20 and 30 session progammes with discounts for members.
The expert team of Fit Lab personal trainers hold some of the best qualifications in the industry including specialisation in TRX Suspension training, Kettlebell, Olympic Lifting, Golf Swing Performance, weight loss and general fitness.
