The Dutch company, Bellmarine, has designed and produced the first two Electric Seadoo GTElectric Waverunners in the world to be used especially aboard a brand new 80-meter superyacht, constructed by the renowned Dutch luxury yacht builder, Feadship.

Each Waverunner is equipped with a Liquid cooled 45kW 120V electric jet-propulsion system. This system is powered by a 120V/160Ah Lithium Ion Polymer battery pack.

The battery pack consits of 8 Lithium Ion battery modules all monitored with a special designed Battery Management System. The charging system is a 9kW charger for each Electric Waverunner and provided with an automatic Charger detecting system. After connecting the Waverunner automatically detects the charger and controls it.

Even under full charging power it is possible to pull out the charge connector without damaging the system or any risk of the User. The fully charged Electric Waverunner can be used for 30 minutes at full power and an additional 30 minutes in Limp-Home mode. Average usage is about 1,5 hours. Charging is done in approximately 2,5 hours.
