Horizon is proud to report that its beautiful CC105 expedition yacht Starlight received the Active Interest Media (AIM) Group’s 2012 Editor’s Choice Award for “Best Import Motoryacht 100 – 110 feet” at this year’s ceremony that took place at the W hotel in Fort Lauderdale on October 26th. The Horizon motor yacht Starlight was one of 13 yachts honored with the 2012 Editor’s Choice Award, which is a new event of AIM Marine Group that recognizes the best in the yachting industry.

The Horizon CC105 luxury yacht Starlight debuted with Horizon Yacht USA at the 2012 Palm Beach International Boat Show, where she impressed show guests and industry press with her huge interior volume, overall fit and finish and of course the crow’s nest, which sits 40 feet above the water. “She was a hit from the start,“ says Roger Sowerbutts of Horizon Yacht USA. “She offered so much boat for only 105 feet…there was not one person who walked away from the boat without saying ‘wow’.” The Horizon CC105 has been sold in August of this year to a U.S. client who saw her at the Palm Beach International Boat Show.
