The development of the Alpha series is well underway at Cheoy Lee. The works on the newly developed motor yacht Alpha 86 are proceeding as expected. The images of the Alpha 86 superyacht below show the newly fabricated hull mold just separated from the male plug mold and being removed from the fiberglass fabrication building to be turned right side up for for final preparation before going into production.

Luxury yacht Alpha 86′ tooling was created by two five axis CNC routers. This highly evolved process allows for precise results and is practiced through out the Cheoy Lee product line.
