ALIX II

Sailing yacht ALIX II is a 31.05m (101’10”) Nautor’s Swan from Finland, built in 2021 and featuring naval architecture and exterior design by German Frers and interior design by Misa Poggi. Up to six guests can be accommodated on board with space for five crew members.

EXTERIOR
The deck provides dual-purpose spaces for both efficient sailing and relaxing in style. The spacious open foredeck provides the perfect sun deck while at anchor and space for sail handling while cruising.

Aft of the coachroof there is a leisure cockpit completely clear of lines that allows owner and guests to relax underway and enjoy the sun, sheltered by a sprayhood that disappears into a coachroof recess when not in use.

At anchor this cockpit becomes a social lounge space with versatile deck sofas, the perfect place to relax as the sun sets, and converts again to become an elegant dining area, shaded by an optional bimini.

Aft of this is a clear deck space that serves as a sun-lounging area, sheltered by coamings, at anchor, and a line handling space for manouevres when sailing. Further aft is a second companionway, which provides easy deck access from below for the crew. There are the twin helm positions, from which the captain can manage all the sail handling as the Swan 98 offers genuine pushbutton sailing.

The anchor is launched and retrieved by means of a hydraulic retracting and folding arm, a design that has proved its reliability and ease of use.

INTERIOR
The beautiful interior design by Misa Poggi blends classic yacht craftsmanship and use of traditional wood materials with a variety of quality linen and cotton soft furnishings.

The neutral décor plus the generous skylights bathe the central main salon in light, creating a luxurious haven for guests to shelter or relax and enjoy each other company. The galley and crew quarters are forward while the three guest cabins are aft.
