The upper deck aft is mostly exposed to the sunshine and has an abundance of room for outdoor entertaining, while the bow is used for storing the tenders and larger water toys, freeing up space in the lower deck stern.

The sundeck is divided into an aft and forward area, separated by the amidships internal gym. INTERIOR

The interiors are the work of Ancona-based design studio Luxury Projects, of which renowned designer Laura Pomponi is the founder and CEO.

Few details have currently been released on the interior layout, however, known features include a main deck Master suite with a fold-down side balcony in addition to the main deck salon and formal dining area, a gym on the sundeck and a lift (elevator) connecting the four guest decks.

The engines provide a top speed of 15.5 knots and an extensive cruising range of 4,500 nautical miles at 13 knots.

Quotes

“Since yacht design is highly competitive, you could be forgiven for thinking that there might be some animosity between designers. But that notion is far from reality. I am blessed with being able to count on some of the world’s leading designers as close friends, among them Tim Heywood, with whom we have collaborated on various large motor yacht projects, including the award winners Pelorus, Ice and Kogo.” – “Creatively, Tim is afraid of nothing and will often conceptualise ideas that bewilder shipyards.” – Terence Disdale speaking of Tim Heywood, the designer of this yacht.

AMELS Managing Director Rob Luijendijk: “We’re innovating and growing. A big factor behind that is the rock solid support of our parent company DAMEN Shipyards. Our clients appreciate the strength and R&D know how that AMELS gains from being part of the Dutch family-owned international group.”
