SKORPIOS

CS 125, ClubSwan 125 sailing yacht SKORPIOS is a striking performance vessel measuring 42.62m (139’10”), built by the Finnish yacht builder Nautor’s Swan and with naval architecture by Juan Kouyoumdjian. Her onboard features and systems are the product of a range of collaborations with industry experts to produce the world’s fastest monohull sailing yacht. She was launched in 2021.

EXTERIOR

Above deck, the layout is designed for regatta operations and grants clear sightlines from the aft helm stations as well as an efficient layout for crew operations. There is a cockpit for guests to lounge and dine alfresco while at anchor, and the foredeck can be laid out with sunbeds.

INTERIOR

The brief was to create a space below deck that was inviting and comfortable after being on deck in harsh weather conditions. The interiors will combine composite technology with traditional crafting from the shipyard – such as real wood veneers – for comfort surrounds without compromising on performance. An intentionally dark and masculine colour scheme was chosen, contrasted and complemented by light coloured fabrics and leathers.

The guest accommodation and saloon are separated from the crew quarters and sail handling areas, with the engine room forward of the mast with a buffer zone to prevent noise and crew routine from disturbing guests.

In windless conditions and while at anchor, the engine will provide 500 HP of power.
