The 50.58m (165’11”) luxury sailing yacht BORKUMRIFF IV from renowned Dutch shipbuilders Royal Huisman is a deceptively classic-looking vessel built in 2002 with an aluminium hull and superstructure, giving her the modern day advantages of a shallow draft, greater manoeuvrability and stability for improved comfort while cruising. The naval architecture and exterior styling comes from Dijkstra & Partners and John G. Alden Design, and Dijkstra & Partners. The interiors from John Munford are elegant and timeless, panelled in top quality wood with overstuffed leather creating a ‘gentleman’s club’ environment for socialising and celebrating special events. The accommodation sleeps a maximum of six guests across 3 cabins, with a professional crew of nine to provide a safe and authentic sailing experience.

EXTERIOR

Above deck, guests can dine alfresco in the sunshine while enjoying the views, or rest on the sunbeds along the stern. The forward deck area has room for even more sunbeds, and the bow can be used for exercise and observation while at anchor.

INTERIOR

The interiors provide a beautiful dining area consisting of a C-shaped sofa and additional sofa around a raised table. After dining, guests can unwind on the sofa in the adjacent living room and have drinks while continuing the conversation. The accommodation for the guests and crew is also placed below deck.

A single 12V 2000 M70 Diesel engine produces 799 kW and 1071 HP for a top speed of 14.6 knots and a cruising speed of 10 knots with a range of 3,000 nautical miles.
