KOJU

Motor yacht KOJU is a MOTOPANFILO 37M model from Benetti takes the spirit of the original 1960s ‘Motopanfilo style’ and updates it for the 21st Century: Any vintage elements are subtle and fit seamlessly into contemporary surroundings. The exterior styling comes from Francesco Struglia and Lazzarini Pickering Architetti for the interiors. The accommodation sleeps a maximum of 10 guests in five en-suite cabins, with a crew of seven for first-class service.

EXTERIOR

The exterior styling from Francesco Struglia features three outdoor deck areas for guest use: A spacious lower deck swim platform for access to the tender and water toys as well as sunbathing beside the sea, a shaded main deck aft for casual lounging and dining, a foredeck to take in the views, and a half-shaded observation deck for all-day outdoor use. More details of the layout have yet to be revealed by the shipyard.

INTERIOR
The interiors from Claudio Lazzarini and Carl Pickering of Lazzarini Pickering Architetti take inspiration from the giant skeleton of a whale, reimagining structural beams as rib bones. Large windows on both sides create a sense of openness between the exterior and interiors, and the use of mirrored surfaces further enhances the sense of volume within.

On the lower deck, the beach club is within the stern, and the tender garage with storage for water toys is forward of this, launching and retrieving the vehicles through a side hatch. The guest accommodation consists of four double cabins, and there is room for the installation of a sauna if the Owner desires.

There are two engine packages available to Owners, providing a top speed of 16 or 18 knots, and a transatlantic range of approximately 3,800 nautical miles at an economical 10 knots.
