GAIA SOFIA

Open yacht GAIA SOFIA from Mangusta (part of Overmarine Group) was launched in 2011 and last refitted in 2018. Measuring 23.3m/76.4ft, she is an excellent yacht for family adventures and couples looking for a romantic break away from all distractions. There is room for up to 12 guests while cruising and the accommodation sleeps a maximum of seven guests in three en-suite cabins, with a professional crew of three to ensure guests comfort and safety throughout every journey.

EXTERIOR

The lower deck swim platform provided easy access in and out of the tenders, and also serves as a sunbathing space close to the water. Two stairways lead up to the main deck aft, where there is a broad sunbed in the centre for guests to unwind with uninterrupted views of the surroundings.

A second sunbathing area can be found on the foredeck and provides just as much comfort accompanied by panoramic views.

INTERIOR

The lower deck layout places the guest accommodation amidships and forward, with the engine room aft and the crew accommodation in the bow. A lower deck salon is aft to port of the forward VIP stateroom and comes with an L-shaped sofa and coffee table with a widescreen TV on the wall. A stairway leads up to the main deck, where the raised pilothouse is forward with additional seating for guests to rest in the air-conditioned environment while at anchor.

A forward-facing L-shaped sofa is placed on both sides of the room, and the starboard side also has a large table for dining. The aft doors can be opened for a more alfresco experience, and the sunroof can be opened entirely to let in the sunshine and maritime breeze.

A pair of MTU 1500 HP engines and Kohler generators produce a top speed of 40 knots with a cruising speed of 30 knots and a range of 300 nautical miles.
