ROE SHADOW

Support yacht ROE SHADOW from Dutch shipyard Lynx Yachts is the second hull in the YXT 24 Evolution model and was launched in 2020. The naval architecture is the work of Diana Yacht Design, the exterior styling comes from Bernd Weel and the interiors are by Darnet Design. Shadow vessel ROE SHADOW has extensive room onboard for storing water toys and other equipment, with additional amenities for guest and crew. The accommodation sleeps up to four crew in two double cabins.

EXTERIOR

The lower deck swim platform offers a spacious environment for spreading out with the water toys and sunbathing beside the water. Above, the main deck covers 75m2/807ft2 and stores a 9.8m/32ft tender and two GTR 230 Seadoos. An HS-Marine knuckle boom crane with a load capacity of 3,930 tons at 5.5m/18ft and 1,960 tons at 10.1m/33ft provides safe launch and retrieval of all tenders and motorised toys. When the area is clear, it can be used for all-day outdoor lounging, and the area is equipped with a 100″ widescreen TV to catch up on the latest sports or blockbusters. The area provides a comfortable alfresco dining and lounging area for cocktail parties and barbeques.

INTERIOR

The lower deck forward hosts the crew accommodation and mess, with three fridges and three freezers for food storage. The laundry facilities provide three washing machines and three dryers. There are two large cabins amidships for the storage and cleaning of water toys, with the washing facilities placed on the port side. The lazarette aft has direct access to the aft swim platform through a side hatch and is also used for the storage of water toys. A day head is available in the lazarette for the convenience of guests.

On the main deck, the wheelhouse has 360-degree views so that the crew can monitor water toys stored on the main deck aft while transiting through rough seas. This comfortable interior also has excellent natural lighting and views for guests to enjoy while at anchor.
