OASIS 40M

Hull BO101 is the first Benetti OASIS 40M model and was sold to American offshore powerboat racer Tim Ciasulli. The exterior styling and concept were developed by RWD, while the interiors were completed by Bonetti/Kozerski Architecture, who chose a clean contemporary appearance to benefit from and complement the large modern windows in the shared guest areas.

Both the hull and superstructure will be constructed in fibreglass for a total of 385GT, and the guests accommodation sleeps up to 10 over 5 en-suite cabins, while the crew of 9 have five cabins.

EXTERIOR

The lower deck swim platform joins almost seamlessly with the main deck aft, which comes furnished with a hydrotherapy pool, sunbed and bar. Fold-down bulwarks increase space and sun loungers can be laid out for resting close to the water.
The upper deck has plenty of seating along the stern for guests to rest and take in the surroundings after a hearty meal at the alfresco dining table in the shade.

The foredeck has plenty of seating and sunbeds in the sunshine, with a C-shaped sofa and two drinks tables facing forward and a sofa facing aft creating a comfortable outdoor meeting space for the whole group. Attached to the sofa is a broad forward-facing sunbed with uninterrupted views out over the bow.

The final outdoor guest space onboard is the sundeck, which comes with sofa/sunbeds forward and aft, while the shaded mid-section is furnished with a bar and casual alfresco dining area.

INTERIOR

The lower deck layout places the crew accommodation in the bow with the majority of the guest accommodation amidships, followed by the engine room, side-loading tender garage.

On the main deck, the Master suite is placed forward followed by the main foyer and galley, both of which connect through to a spacious main salon to the aft. Within, the area allows for a forward formal dining area and/or bar with a widescreen TV integrated into the forward wall, plus an aft lounge that places sofas and armchairs along each wall. Glass sliding doors lead out onto the expansive main deck and adjoining swim platform for effortless flow between the indoor and outdoor relaxation areas.

The upper deck places the helm station containing a corner lounge for guests forward, behind which is the Captain’s cabin and then the skylounge, where the floor-to-ceiling windows produce commanding views of the destination and allow natural light to flood through during the day.

The engines have a maximum speed of 16 knots and a transatlantic range of 4,000 nautical miles at a cruising speed of 11 knots.
