DALOOB

Built by Nakilat Damen Shipyards Qatar (NDSQ) and launched in 2018, 71.5m/234.5ft support vessel DALOOB (ex.PROJECT AL JASSASIYA II) is a displacement vessel built with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure. She is the sister ship to support vessel UMM ALHOUL which was constructed and launched at the same time. The exterior styling comes from Damen and Pastrovich Studio with interiors also from Pastrovich Studio. She is capable of a cruising speed of 15 knots and a top speed of 20 knots.

EXTERIOR

The lower deck contains a large swim platform with safety railings for guests to use the space and observe wildlife. Bulwarks in the hull fold out to create another guest space connecting the interior and exterior, while the main deck and upper deck is used to store the tenders and larger water toys.

The bridge deck has forward and aft space for guests to observe the environment and spend time outside. The forward section is sun-exposed while the aft area is shaded by the hardtop.

INTERIOR

The interiors contain a large tender garage and a guest area in the lower deck stern The main deck and upper deck also contain extensive guest areas providing plenty of indoor space for exercise and entertainment in arctic environments.

Her engines allow her to reach a top speed of 20 knots with a cruising speed of 15 knots.
