73M CUSTOM SUPERYACHT

The 73m/246ft CUSTOM SUPERYACHT was constructed in 2012 by ADM Kiel with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure. TKMS created her naval architecture, while her exterior styling is the work of Focus Yacht Design and the interiors completed by H2 Yacht Design. The accommodation is designed to sleep up to 12 charter guests over eight beautifully appointed en-suite cabins. EXTERIOR

On the main deck aft, there is a casual alfresco lounge ideal for morning coffee or drinks by candlelight after sundown. An extensive C-shaped sofa in white with black piping is located on the stern, in front of which are two coffee tables and armchairs for friends, family and visitors to gather together.

The upper deck aft provides two circular tables for a more intimate alfresco dining experience, while the seating integrated along the stern has two tables for drinks to create an outdoor conversation area. Alternatively, there are two oval-shaped raised tables on the foredeck for alfresco meals on plush C-shaped sofas.

The sundeck is divided into two outdoor sections, placing the alfresco dining area to the aft with seating along the stern for guests to enjoy conversation and sweeping views of the destination. On the forward, a circular Jacuzzi surrounded by sun pads takes centre stage while a large helipad is placed on the foredeck.

INTERIOR

The interior decor uses cool, textured white surfaces given form by black lines to complement the wooden panelling which changes in tone to suit the formal or casual purpose of the environment.

On the lower deck, there is a glamorous beach club, and a passageway leads past the tenders stored on the port and starboard side to join onto the lower deck guest accommodation consisting of one double cabin and three twin cabins, all with en-suite facilities. Crew accommodation and facilities are located in the bow and on the tank deck.

The Master suite is located on the main deck forward and has the additions of a private fold-down terrace, a lavish lounge and study, a walk-in wardrobe and two en-suite bathrooms. Full-height windows fill the interior with natural light for a beautiful private space that acts as a tranquil sanctuary.

The main salon behind the foyer is a large open-plan environment that places the formal dining area forward. Here, the grand dining table is surrounded by mirrored surfaces and a monochrome colour scheme for a sophisticated setting to suit any special occasion.

In the centre of the room is the relaxing lounge ideal for daytime socialisation and close conversation after meals. The section is comprised of two settees, coffee tables and sumptuous armchairs that create a symmetrical appearance beside the expansive port and starboard windows.

Near the glass sliding doors to the main deck aft, there is a glamorous bar with a great selection of drinks to serve guests indoors and outside. A casual and intimate seating area is located opposite, and in the centre is a games table where guests can enjoy the fresh air as they play, surrounded by modern art.

On the bridge deck, behind the helm station and the Captain’s cabin is the remainder of the guest accommodation, which consists of three VIP cabins with en-suite facilities. Behind is the sky lounge, within which guests will find an opulent carpeted environment surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows. The two symmetrical seating areas are each comprised of one large sofa and matching coffee table plus an armchair and the interior is perfect as a reception for a special event.
Above, the sundeck interior hosts a gym, sauna and spa massage room for additional luxury after indulging in the Jacuzzi.
