Charley

Launched in 2016, the 46-metre superyacht support vessel Charley was built by Echo Yachts. This twin-hulled vessel is built to serve the 84-metre superyacht White Rabbit Golf, also constructed by Echo Yachts.

The New Zealand company LOMOcean was responsible for the naval architecture, exterior and interior styling of Charley.

Although Charley is used as a support vessel, she still has a large number of features for entertaining guests. The guest can enjoy picturesque views from the covered observation deck, get together for at the informal dining area with seating for eight people. The flatscreen TV and the piano will create a warm atmosphere on board, whether it’s a relaxing time or entertainment.

There is an extensive tender storage space, which can accommodate a few RIB. The 12-metre custom built catamaran tender Vicky can be transported on the aft platform. Overall, Charley can carry five tenders, four Jet skies and a hovercraft. There is also a large touch-and-go helipad, dive store, decompression chamber and specialist sonar equipment.

Powered by two 2,700hp Cummins QSK60 engines and with a fuel capacity of 60,000 litres, Charley has a maximum range of 2,500 nm at the speed of 16 knots. This vessel is believed to have superb sea keeping and fuel efficient performance.
