AGRAM

44m/145ft superyacht AGRAM from Heesen was constructed in 2008 with an aluminium hull and superstructure, producing a shallow draft of only 2.5m/8.2ft for her size. She received a refit in 2016 and features the interior styling of Omega Architects in conjunction with Heesen. The bright and contemporary interiors incorporate classic elements for an elegant environment well suited to entertaining on special occasions. The accommodation sleeps up to 12 guests over 6 lavish en-suite cabins.

EXTERIOR

The lower deck transom door folds out to create a large swim platform beside the water, where guests can choose to sunbathe or spread out the great collection of water toys. After a tiring morning, guests can recoup their energy with an alfresco meal on the main deck aft. A canvas shade covers the two L-shaped sofas integrated into the stern and two raised tables form a casual outdoor lounge also ideal for drinks at sunset.

The upper deck aft hosts a more formal alfresco dining area where guests can celebrate a special occasion while marvelling at the sunset. After a hearty meal, guests can head to the foredeck where an Elongated sofa curves around a drinks table and guests have uninterrupted views of the scenery. A spread of sun pads over the bow makes the ideal place for sunbathing during the day and stargazing at night.

The sundeck offers the best views on board and the aft section curves around an alfresco dining table and drinks table to form a massive seating area in the sunshine. The central section has a wet bar to provide refreshments throughout the day, and the sundeck forward encompasses the oversized circular Jacuzzi in sun pads.

INTERIOR

The interiors use pale wooden panelling with white furnishings and silvery accents for bright and sophisticated recreational areas suited as much too formal gatherings as casual get-togethers.

The lower deck contains a massive tender garage to the stern with a day head and a staircase connecting up to the main deck aft. The engine room is aft of amidships, leaving the central section and forward for guest and crew accommodation.

The main deck places the Master suite forward and the interior contains a lounge, desk and widescreen TV as well as an en-suite bathroom containing a tub. Between the Master suite and the main foyer, there is a private lounge.

The extensive main salon places a grand formal dining table forward with seats for up to 10 guests to create an intimate dining environment. Behind, the salon makes a cosy setting by placing a large coffee table between an L-shaped sofa and two armchairs, leaving the aft section free for a more open and casual relaxation area benefiting from the large glass sliding doors and the nearby bar.

The upper deck places the helm station forward with the Captain’s cabin behind and the sky lounge to the aft, where there is a TV integrated into a central column, a sofa integrated into the port-side wall and two armchairs opposite. A study/office is positioned near the entrance to the sky lounge, leaving plenty of room in the centre for a bed to fold down, converting the sky lounge into the sixth cabin with en-suite facilities.

A pair of 3699 BHP 16V 4000 M90 MTU engines produces a top speed of 24 knots and a cruising speed of 15.5 knots. At 12 knots, luxury yacht AGRAM is capable 3,200 nautical miles.
